Police say they believe Romeo Marentette, 81, was killed in his high-rise apartment, Thames Towers at 650 Grand Ave. W., between last Thursday evening and Friday. Details regarding the incident are sketchy at this point, but a man was seriously wounded at about 3:15 a.m. near the Western Pride Car Wash in the 4000 block of Richmond Road S.W.
