The OPP news conference just ended, OPP Commissioner Fantino made a brief prepared statement and then answered a few questions prior to his return to the London hospital. The name of the wounded officer is Vu Pham age 37, he is a 15 year veteran. He was born in Saigon and is married with 3 children. He is in critical condition. Details are scarce as to the events except that a vehicle was pulled over  north of Seaforth ON and at that time was when Const. Pham was shot. The suspect is in custody a male of about 70 years of age, was also shot, no upd on his condition......... Shadow
